Cris approached Kiko and told his "hurt feeling" about their failed rowing challenge. Cris, apparently a driver (of a land vehicle) was disappointed that they don't have the sense of direction, and that Kiko is insisting his way wherein they should drive the other way. Kiko, on the other hand, told Cris that he is a dragon boat rower, and if there is a person among them that knows the boat more, then that person is he.
But before that, a mini-challenge was given to the Naak tribe. Each member will be given a matchstick, which they will hold using their mouth, and they should stay in the water for 15 minutes. Whoever stays until the time expires will have the matchstick (it should be dry, of course). Only Emerson and Rob gave up, which means that the Naak camp will have 6 matchsticks.
Night came and the tribes are excited to create their respective fires. The Naak failed with three of their six matchsticks and decided to stop trying to save the remaining three. Jarakay on the other hand, is not yet accustomed of using it so they wasn't able to create fire either.
The next day, the Jarakay successfully made fire, and they are so excited with their cooked food.
