This episode's spotlight is on Charisse. I remember during the early episodes wherein Patani was their star. Now Charisse's jolly attitude gets attention. During the day, a blooper happened as when she squeezed herself in the family sized hammock, the rope can't hold their weight and dropped to the ground.
The Chalam tribe had a fun night as they teased Charisse who had a crush on Kiko. Kiko knew for himself that it was just clean fun and was game with it. Little did he knew that Charisse do have the hots for him.

Distileria Lobregat had another meeting with the Japanese investors for the coming season's advertising plans. Gaston presided the meeting and showed his presentation to the investors, but the idea was not presented properly by Gaston, and in fact, the Japanese was insulted as Gaston talked about the issue of "comfort women" during the Japanese invasion of the Philippines. Lola stopped the investors who are about to walk out of the meeting and talked to them in their native language to convince them. Once again Lola saved the company.
As a token of gratitude, Don Aguirre gave her a managerial position. Don Aguirre can't help but think of his grandson Lalo. Lola can't help too, and she told Don Aguirre that she is Lalo.
But of course that's quite impossible to believe. Lola told Don Aguirre how she love to call him "lolo", and asked is she would be permitted to. Don Aguirre, the gentleman that he is, told Lola that it may be a bit inappropriate since they don't know each other that well yet. But he challenged her to prove her worth to the company.
