It seems that Facundo is the one who will make Lalo a real woman. The spell that was cast on Lalo made him (her) fall for a man, and Lola is actually falling for Facundo.
Sera was made into an ugly woman by Garganta. Sera went to the land of the mortals to personally see the full transformation of Lalo into a real woman.
Gaston was tasked by Don Aguirre to create a PowerPoint presentation for the Japanese investors. Gaston was just too lazy to do it, so he thought of challenging Lola to create the presentation for him, so that Lalo can prove that she is much more deserving of a higher position.

Hi there. I don't speak the native language so I have a hard time following some parts of the story. Why did Lola scream toward the end of the episode?
If you're referring to the part 4 of the video wherein she mistakenly saw Facundo half-naked but it was actually her buddy Gary, she was just getting confused because Facundo is always on his mind and she is falling for him.
Lola screamed when she was in the bathroom, and Gary came running and knocked on the door. Why did she scream?
Lola (Lalo) just had her (his) first monthly period.
