Gretchen Espina of Biliran is the very first Pinoy Idol. She will be receiving P1Million from SM Supermalls, a Management Contract from GMA Artist Center, a recording contract from Sony-BMG, a brand new car worth P1Million, and a condo unit worth P2.2Million from Avida! towers.

The Final Results Night of Pinoy Idol was held at the SMX Convention Center at the SM Mall of Asia complex. From the Final Three of Ram, Gretchen and Jayann, one of them will emerge as the first Pinoy Idol. But Ram's journey to Pinoy Idol ended first.
